DESCRIPTION:Please join us to learn about some of Butte’s more recent art history\, which will include how art made at the Hungry Hill Art Center helps create better food security for the people of Butte. This presentation by Michael Kujawa will cover a short history of pottery in Butte\, the creation of the Hungry Hill Art Center\, and what the Empty Bowls fundraiser means to the community of Butte. \nThe Brown Bag presentation will begin at noon on Wednesday\, February 11th\, 2026\, and will last about an hour. The presentation will be held in the auditorium at the Butte-Silver Bow Public Archives located at 17 W. Quartz Street. Guests are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Coffee and water will be provided. \nBrown Bag Lunches are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month. Upcoming lectures will focus on topics of local interest.
