Brown Bag Lunch: Stephanie Clemen – Recreational Trails Program (Montana FW&P)

The Montana Recreational Trails Program (RTP) and Trail Stewardship Program (TSP), managed by Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks (FWP), provides vital funding to assist in building, maintaining, and improving trail systems for walking, biking, skiing, motorized use, and much more. Grants are awarded to nonprofits and local governments to enhance outdoor access, connectivity, maintain key infrastructure, and preserve Montana’s outdoor heritage. Interested parties can apply to RTP or TSP this winter through the 2026 application cycle. Join us for this presentation from the RTP and TSP program managers to learn more about the types of projects being completed in your area and more on how to apply.
The Brown Bag presentation will begin at noon on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, and will last about an hour. The presentation will be held in the auditorium at the Butte-Silver Bow Public Archives located at 17 W. Quartz Street. Guests are encouraged to bring a sack lunch. Coffee and water will be provided. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase Ryan’s book after the presentation.
Brown Bag Lunches are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month. Upcoming lectures will focus on topics of local interest. For more information, contact the Archives at (406)782-3280.
