Butte’s Stodden Pool over the years has served Butte families fun and laughter under the sun. The pool at Stodden Park was dedicated on August 4, 1969. The Corette Family of Butte donated $100,000 to get the pool started, and other organizations such as the Kiwanis Club, Finberg Furniture, labor groups, as well as individuals donated to the cause. The pool closed in 2006, but with community support, a new pool at Stodden Park was built. Ridge Waters opened to Butte families in 2018.
